How we use information

Information is used to provide accounts, process and verify purchases, issue licences, deliver reports, operate requested SEO functions, provide support, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.

Payment information

Card payment details are handled by Stripe. Kiwi Super records transaction identifiers, purchase status and related fulfilment information rather than storing full payment-card details.

Managed AI and customer-owned connections

Supported Kiwi Super AI functions use centrally managed service credentials and are subject to product-tier allowances, rate limits and abuse controls. Kiwi Super does not expose those operator credentials to customers. Where a customer authorises their own third-party account, such as Google, a social network or an advertising account, the minimum connection information required to operate that requested feature may be stored securely and can be disconnected or replaced by the customer.

International services

Some optional providers or infrastructure services may process information outside New Zealand. We will use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved.
